are four primary fitness programs that I employ:

Muscle Toning / Definition

Body
Building
This involves high intensity workouts and is for the very serious minded only!
Training is aimed at preparation for competitions / contests.
The workouts will target each and every specific muscle in the body.
This type of training often requires a strict dietary regimen and possible transformation.
There may be dietary / supplemental suggestions.
There may be cardiovascular training suggestions.
I only train steroid free!
Physique
Transformation
This involves going from high to low body fat while developing more lean muscle
mass.
The workouts will target specific muscle groups.
This often is accompanied by a dietary transformation.
There may be dietary / supplemental suggestions.
There may be cardiovascular training suggestions.
Muscle Toning / Definition
This
involves toning an already relatively lean body.
This is for those within an average weight and body fat zone who want to go
into an above average zone.
The workouts will concentrate on problem areas in order to tone and define the
muscles.
Training will be designed to transform an already established workout routine
into one that is healthier and more effective.
There may or may not be dietary changes involved.
There may be cardiovascular training suggestions.
Weight Loss / Decrease Body Fat
This
training is for someone who is overweight, and wants to loose weight and body
fat percentage to be within a healthy range.
The workouts will involve all over body workout and training.
Workouts will be geared towards gaining more lean muscle mass to naturally raise
your body's metabolism to burn more body fat readily and around the clock.
There may be dietary / supplemental suggestions.
There may be cardiovascular training suggestions.
